Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) seeks to promote the role of shopping centers as vital marketers of consumer goods and services. Consisting of 60,000 members worldwide, the ICSC serves as a global industry trade association with the goal of establishing the individual shopping center as a prominent community institution.

The ICSC not only aims to endorse it’s members’ services, but also collaborate to share its expertise in various areas ranging from business operations to marketing and economic studies. The organization promotes its prestigious members as specialists in development and management, and through an established code of fair business ethics ensures a prosperous environment for retailers and consumers as well government and public agencies.

IREM
The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information, and membership for real estate management professionals for more than 75 years. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®, IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors.
